Hi, my husband has just said my breath stinks - yay! Day 2 of my return to Lighter Life with 2-3 stone to lose. Have been to Tesco's in hunt of breath freshener. Can I use Tesco Total Care freshmint spray - ingredients are aqua, alcohol, glycerin, peg-40, hydrogenated castor oil, aroma, sodium saccharin, cetypyridinium chloride, sodium benzoate and limonene.
Hoping someone will know - thanks

Yeah - good point - I never checked if mine is ok... I'm using Wisdom Fresh Breath Spray - sugar free (of course!)... ingredients are aqua, alcohol, glycerin, aroma, Castor oil, sodium saccharin, cetylpyridinium chloride, linalol and limonene....

Aren't glycerin and castor oil forms of sugar??
Is Limonene likely to be something citrussy - i.e. citric acid? Got me worried now! I never checked the ingredients when I bought it - just saw sugar free and chucked it in the basket!!
