I think you are going to have to be a bit more specific. I did Google bubble tea, so now I know what it is, but i had never heard of it before. It seems that there are loads of different kinds, from different companies, with different ingredients.
However, a couple of the websites said that some were between three and four hundred calories, and there would be no free food allowance for a drink, so if that is accurate it would be 15-20 syns.
