Can anyone tell me the syn value in Cadbury light Trifles? I know the mouse is 3.5 syns but i cant find these.

i can only find the light chocolate one which is 6.5 how many calories is in yours?

Thats the one! Sorry I forgot to write chocolate on it! Its 130 cals. Hmm 6.5 think i will stick with the mousse and save myself 3 syns. Thanks.
