Can someone please tell me the syn value for Cadbury's hot chocolate highlights fudge flavour?

Here's a handy tip for. Ask yourself whether the product has any free foods in the main ingredients. If the answer is no, as with hot chocolate, then you can work out the syns using 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Its same with Options,. It says 3 tsp is same as an 11g sachet which is 2 syns! x

Just be careful with your spoonfulls.
I weighed my 3 spoonfulls and they weighed 20g not 11g so 4 syns not 2 lol x
