Hi can anyone help please, i am doing ww at the moment i find it really restrictive and dont see much results, I am thinking of counting calories to give me more freedom but i dont know where to start:( Can anyone recommend a good free calorie counting please .:)

myfitnesspal I think is the best but I have also used foodfocus, but have heard it can be unreliable.

Both will come up in google :]

I think www.myfitnesspal.com is the one most people use.

What did you find restrictive on WW though. The basics of WW and cc are pretty similar...
I find ww difficult, just because i am only on 17 pts a day. I am going to have a look at counting calories to see if it works out better :) just not made up my mind yet .

This is going to sound crazy I know Starlight
but having done both ( still on calorie counting ) for some reason
you seem to get more for your calories than you do for your points

I do Lorraine yes because nearly all products you buy have the calorie count on them
so you pick it up ready to go, where as if it wasn't pointed you'd have to work it out first
I can't be doing with that lol

I find the tesco online grocery website is a great source for nutritional info as it has all the info for most products. Its always more accurate to get the info from the pack if possible just in case of recipe changes.
