Feel like packing up the kids, DH and the tent (!!) in half term, just for a few days!

We live in Weymouth and dont fancy too long a drive. Can anyone recommend any decent camp sites within about a 3 hour radius from where we are?

Not too bothered about "attractions" but a bit fussy over cleanliness of showers & loo etc!!

Advice appreciated, Ta!!

My family and I used to go camping every year to this site: Glenmorris Park , Bodmin Campsite its a lovely place in cornwall, within easy reach of loads of different little Cornish towns and surf beaches too which is great for kids. Also within driving distance of the Eden Project, Crealy Park and the Camel Trail (a great bike ride- you can hire bikes there and cycle all the way along the river camel). Also near to places like Padstow (lush pasties and a nice little harbour) which is great. Loads to do but the campsite itself is nice and quiet. They have a pool and playground, a little shop, toilet/shower facilities.... I would recommend, ahhh we loved it!! xx
