Can not beleive how much ive eaten today !

Yesterday was my first day too and I was amazed at how much I ate and still had points left.

Breakfast: Fruit & Fibre with skimmed milk
Lunch: Veggie Soup, WW Choc Bar
Snack: WW chilli crisps
Dinner: Cod, New Pots, Green Beans & Roasted Vine Tomatoes, followed by fruit salad and a yogurt, then coffee & another ww choc bar

Am on 22 points and still had 4pts left at the end of the day. Today will be tougher as am at work and have brought lunch with me (ww bagel with turkey), so will be using more points at lunchtime so less left for the rest of the day.
Struggled a bit with my shopping in asda yesterday though and ended up buying nearly everything WW branded as it was easier to work out the points when they're printed on the packet!
Really enjoying it so far though and hoping for a good first week loss.

I was the same when I first joined 1 month ago I could not believe how much I could eat doing WW

I used to eat really big portions and there was no verity in what I ate, but now I'm eating loads of different things (when my cupboards are stoked unlike today)

wholemeal pitta
salad
wafer thin chicken
salad cream
banana
.........................
