Carrie Claus is back with 2st to lose

Hi 👋 my original user name was Carrie Claus but I’ve no idea what email address I used when I joined as it’s not my current. I left after minis was really playing up and kept crashing. I’m back with my tail between these chunky thighs…..

Today I weighed 11st 13lbs…. Tomorrow I’ll weigh more probably 🙈

this website was a huge help originally. Fingers crossed it can be again. I’m aiming to restart properly on Saturday 🤞 xxx pic of me now….

Not really started today, I will restart properly on Saturday 1st. Had porridge breakfast, baked potato with tuna, reduced fat salad cream, cheese and spring onion for tea, a few too many baileys ( but the bottle is done now so that’s outta the house 😂) and some quality street.

Proper restart today, batteries are dud in scales they read LO three times then put me at 11.9 which is defo not true as I over indulged Hogmanay and yesterday. I’ll get new batteries tomorrow as was working today. So… first workout of 2022 done ( I signed up to chazzasbellehblaster ) it was okay, I’ll defo increase intensity as I lose pounds. Cals are 1139 today. I’m happy with that. Xxx

So day 2 was a success, done the Belleh blaster, some hula, and had 1277 cals. Working today so got some chicken noodle soup for lunch ( it’s freezing here so that’ll be good ) hope you all have a good day. Day 3 underway xxx
