Hi can someone tell me the syn value of caster sugar? Please as I enjoy baking and cannot find the syn value of caster sugar anywhere. Thank you x

Depends on which caster sugar your looking at. If it's the Tate & Lyle one of 5syns for 25g or 3 for 1level tablespoon
