Hi.
I found this website .... UK Calorie Counter & Food Diary | Effective Weight Loss | Nutracheck ... I signed upto a 5day trial to see what its like as im thinking of changing my diet. Due to me doing WW at the moment iv been eating WW food. I had a cottage pie for my dinner which on the box says 186kcal, but on that website when entered it says ver 200kcal. Does everyone just go by the packaging when CC ? Also is there a way you work out how many kcal's your aloud a day? Sorry about the questions.
