Challenge of an unfit 48 year old!!!!

I, sididd do promise to challenge myself this Satuday to increase fitness, and to move more .....
I will power hose the drive, help hubby erect new gate and put on my walking boots and take a long walk brisk for no less than 4 Hours..... mmmm shall I delete this or push the send button.............. done!!!
 
Well best made plans and all that....I endded up replacing broken extractor fan, buying plants for the garden and visiting my lovely dad x
But tomorrow is another day :)))
 
I always say: Today is a new day..... endless possibilities :)
I love plants.
I wish I had a garden again.
 
Yeah love being outdoors, pleased we planted them yesterday its just started snowing in Durham.
 
...so, what happened? Did you finally start it?

I should love gardening and plants..but they don't like me. I can't grow anything :(
 
Well hahaha failed miserable but had to laugh that was 4 weeks ago and must do better will improve x
