Challenge of tracking!

I am interested to know how many points I'm using when simply filling. I know the point and beauty is not weighing or tracking but im going to track simply filling for a week.

Monday 7th- 29pp
 
I use one of the tracking books and keep a note of roughly how many points I'm using just to make sure I'm not going crazy! I'm only really weighing my porridge but kinda used to what my portion sizes should be. Last week my daily points intake ranged from 24-29. X
