Chicken Rogan Josh

Does anyone know how many syns there are in Chicken Rogan Josh since the change? I can see lamb rogan josh on the list and assume chicken would be slightly lower but would like to know the value so I know how much naan I can have!

The syn value wouldn't be any different for chicken as far as I am aware, unless you ask for it to be made without the Ghee. I'm finding that alot more Indian places are happy to make something 'the healthy way' if you ask for it

Some of the jar sauces are pretty good now compared to what the takeaways are! Patak rogan josh is only 14.5 syns for the whole jar! I was delighted to find that out!

Thanks girls, it was for a meal out (which will be repeated next week!), i had noticed that chicken bhuna, biryani and pasanda were all lower than lamb counterparts (by up to 6.5 syns!!) and was hoping the rogan josh would be the same.

I counted it as one syn lower than lamb and might do the same next week

It's either 10 or 10.5, can't remember off the top of my head, but it's one of the lowest syn curries you can have
