chicken

They are free as long as the skin and visable fat is removed. They are cooked on a spit too which is better. All the chicken meat is free without skin and fat , not just breast. My fave bit of chicken has always been the dark underneath meat. MMmm

There were rumours on here they got cooked with fat or injected with fat. No idea if thats true or not. Id think you would be safe if you took the skin and any fatty bits off.

I recently bought one from the spit at Sainsburys. When i got it home I changed my mind so popped it in the fridge to eat cold the next day. When i came to get it out i was shocked at how much congealed fat had seeped out and a thick layer of fat on the underbelly had formed. I never get this from a chicken I roast at home.
