Chicken & Pineapple is low as its only syn is the fat its cooked in (as long as the chicken skin is removed which normally it is)
Beef+Tomato should be low too
Chicken Chow Mein should be pretty low syn
I tend to make my own versions using soy sauce/Chinese 5 spice with loads of free veg, chicken and noodles which is totally free.
Also chicken or egg fried rice done in spray light is yummy
