A 2 finger kit kat is 5.5 syns, a bag of revels is 8.5 syns.

I'm not sure about crisps though but as a rule, for things such as crisps and chocolate, it's 20 cals for 1 syn - so if the crisps are 120 cals, it's 6 syns.

Being 100% good does not mean cutting out choc and crisps, you have syns for such things so have them and enjoy them!

Thank you, not cutting out forever just for the first two weeks, want to get into the habit of reaching for healthy things (fruit and stuff) before crisps and chocolate

Am more than happy to use my sysn for treats lol

kit kat would be perfect and ty for the syn/calorie info
