    I understand they are an HE plus 2 syns for 2. I stand to be corrected if they are any different. This is what I have counted them as.

    You can have 2 as a healthy extra plus 2 syns.
    I think used just as syns its 8 syns for 2.
    They are soooooo yummy!

    Are these really that nice? Sound awful...love coco-pops (syns of course) but chocolate weetabix? Are they worth the syns??

    I have to say that chocolate weetabix sounds a bit yukky! Not a fan of chocolate for breakfast anyway, although it sounds like an interesting way to get a chocolate fix.

    Any time of the day, esp if you craving choc in the evening

    AH!! Warm weetabix....reminds me of feeding my baby some years ago. Never been able to eat them warm since. Maybe I should be brave and try it!! LOL

    I never seem to need 2 of these for some reason. One with a banana and clems seem quite enough. Quite handy as it means I can have 2 ryvita with my syn free soup at lunch time on Extra Easy.
