Chocolate weetabix

Hi

Does anyone know if you can have choc weetabix as a HEX B ? The difference in syns is 1.5 so u was thinking that I could and count 1.5 as syns.

Am I deluded lol ?

If it helps you may have 30g chocolate weetabix spoonsize (mini) as that is listed as a hexb but the large size is not listed. Perhaps they contain more chocolate or weigh more, who knows? Hope this helps you out.

Last I read on here they were a Heb + 2 syns I think, Im sure Ive seen it in the magazine as well but don't hold me to that! x

i have had them, its just the 30g for spoonsize ones and they are a HEXB no syn value to add...... they are not very sweet or chocolatey, so i needed to add sweetner...... but ok for a change....

Choc weetabix is 2 biscuits and 2 syns for a HE. Extra yummy if you put them with milk in the microwave!

They aren't on the list anymore but were a HexB and 2 syns, I am using up what I had left but also am having normal with 100ml of kara chocolate coconut milk (sometimes add more milk or water) which is 1.5 (so 15 for the whole carton) - it is lovely warmed in the micro as hot chocolate.

i got some spoonsize, looking forward to trying these as a hex b!
