Ciabatta syns?

Can anyone help me find the syns in a Ciabatta roll?

Ciabatta usually wouldn't have any oil in it so I'd just follow the syns for the same weight of white bread.

Most supermarket fruit and veg departments have a couple of sets of scales in them, just take a roll from the bakery and weigh it. Or, if you know where you're getting it from, look on their website. On the Tesco website for example, their in-house bakery ciabatta rolls are listed as being typically 90g.
