Clothes sizes

What did you start off as? And what clothes sizes have u seen and sad bye bye to within the diet

Hi Charl-x,
I started at 20 stone 5lb in size 24 clothes, now I am 15 stone 7lb and am in size 22, 20, 18, 16 depending on the garment. It's a nice feeling to see the changes and clothes are a great way to do that. My ultimate would be a size 12/14

You can well hit the size 14! Getting down from 24 to 16 proves u have the will power, you will be there in no time wahoo

started at 16 10 size 16 bottom, 18 on top. now12 12 and size 14 on top 12 on the bottom
