confused overr frozen and chilled :/

Hello slimmers....just a bit confused....i just bought from lidl 'braemoor 2 pork shanks cooked in peppercorn sauce....i looked online and it says they are free but it says frozen....but I had these from the chilled section....is there a difference?? They seemed too good to be true!

Just typed all the nutritional info online now and they are 3.5 syns per serving...

Is the sauce different in the fresh compared to the frozen.

I know that tesco light choices lasagne has a frozen and chilled version. I think the chilled had more syns.
It could be the extra preservatives they put in to keep it fresh??

chilled things tend to have higher fat content in them, to keep them tasting better for longer, where as frozen ones don't require it as the texture and flavour takes longer to diminish.
