Well, I was kind of passing my CDCs house today and as she works 7 days, I managed to get in a day early and save me doing the 35 mile round trip tomorrow. Its my TOTM and I did have a bit of a blip on Thursday night but i'm really disappointed i've only lost 1lb. These are the times when its really hard to keep focussed and carry on the good work.
