I would like to lose 3 stone by Christmas but i'm going to be more realistic and say 2 stone. I've got a Monsoon dress hanging in my wardrobe that i've never worn and that's what i'm aiming for. Add your name and target below........

ill join, im only going to aim for 1.5stone off by christmas! if i do more ill be chuffed but i dont want to set myself upto fail! im really struggling with my weight loss so id be chuffed with 1.5 stone.
