Crispbakes

    Anyone know the sin value of crispbakes and Melba toast please? Xx

    crispbakes are baked/grilled 10 for red and 8 for green

    Why would it be different for red and green? :confused: As far as Im aware it's 1 syn per 20 calories.

    Thank you everyone. So if I don't know the sin value as a rule of thumb it's 1 sin per 20 cal? Also any idea in Melba toast please. This place is fab, very helpful for a new person to sw!

    If there isn't any free food in it then it's always 1 syn per 20 calories, yeah. If its got meat or veg or anything you could count as free you need to run it through the calculator.

    Theres nothing free in Melba toast so thats 1 syn per 20 calories.

    if it is these type of crispbakes, they are 1 syn for 20 calories regardless of what plan you are on Sainsburys Dutch Crispbakes 125g Britstore

    if they are the crispbakes you bake in the oven, that are potato and veggies, then they are different altoghether and will have a free food allowance which needs to be taken into account.
