make your pack into a paste which you can spread thinly onto baking paper (not greaseproof it doesn't work...I've tried it!lol).
You then just put the paper into the microwave for around 40-60 seconds or until they have gone, funnily enough crispy!lol
I would also recommend doing it as one big crisp so it's more like a papadom (how I have it!YUM!).
Right - there are recipes but this is how I do it!
You need baking paper (not greaseproof cos they stick!)
Get a plastic bowl and tip in your sachet - I think OC are the best ones. Bit by bit add some water and mix until it is the consistency of custard - the thinner you manage to do it without being too watery the better as you can get about 30 crisps out of it.
Once you are happy with your mixture, dollop some of the mixture on the baking paper about an inch apart (they might join but thats ok!)
Stick them in the microwave, you'll have a sheet of about 12 circles. Put them on for about 1 minute or however long it takes them to start going slightly brown. Take them out and they will go stiff, you can peel the baking paper off the back and there you have crisps!
Try and do them identical so that they cook together - u may have some darker than others due to some smaller or different consistency.
You could try and do one great big dollop on a piece of baking paper - to make a huge crisp! I love doing this, its like a big popadom!
Follow those instructions exactly, and u cant go wrong!
