Cupcakes, friends and gingerbread

ARGH!!

Monday is hubby's birthday, a friend of ours is trying to establish a cupcake buisiness so I text her earlier to commission 6 for hubby's birthday.

I have just been on Facebook n the brat has made Gingerbread Men tonight knowing I adore them n TAGGED me!!!

She knows how ill I made myself having my full Lemon Drizzle cake last month for my bday n Xen is she trying to make me spend teh whole of hubby's birthday glued to the loo!!

arghhhhh!

Oh wow, temptation! Not really worth the side effects though, eek! Just wanted to ask how do you manage both low fat AND low carb? Intrigued lol.

I have totally cut bread, pasta and rice out of my diet (once a week I have a off xen day, and get a full breakie from the cafe)

rest of the time most breakfasts is a asda vitality bar and a shape delights fat free joghurt, lunch is home made soup (see thread I started with a few recipies) or a salad with everything under the sun in it, and then dinner is generally fresh fish or chicken breast or tinned tuna with at least 2 kinds of veg.

Snacks are another bowl of soup, or cottage cheese and beetroot.

Yes I saw your soup recipes, I will deffo try them as I am thinking of making soup again I enjoyed the couple I made late August.

When im wNting cArbs which tens to be at most 2x a week i have a few dutch crispbakes most supermarkets sell them x
