dale farm ice lollies?

Unfortuantely I can't find any syn values for dale farm products on the slimming world website, possibly because they are an irish company?
Does anyone know how many syns are in 'pear picking porky' ice lollies? (Only 40 calories, I think mostly water)

If they are 40 cal then would usually be about 2 syns going on the 1 syn for every 20 cals . Hope that helps , but know doubt someone on here will know exactly

That is exactly right! You can use that formula to calculate the syn value of most snack type foods, cakes, biscuits, soups and sauces
