Thats the spirit !! I'm starting today - going to try and lose a few stone. Had baby a year ago and I've got too much weight carrying around. Heavier than I was before I got pregnant and it ain't shifting. I think the mini pill didn't help. Off that too now. Hope we can egg each other on. I need some inspiration!!

Aw I no that feeling, my son is 2 and I've finally realised my weight won't go on its own haha! Good luck to you x

The first four days are the worst, but after that it's so much easier! Good Luck with for the next few days, it's totally worth it for the results x
