Week 3: Soup week: Day 3 - Friday 17th May 2013

Breakfast: turkey rasher sandwich (hexb)
tea (1 syn)

Lunch: spicy butternut squash soup

Dinner: chicken, onion, pepper, fajita mix (4.5 syns) brown rice, cheese (hexa) and sour cream dip (not sure on syns - it was sainsburys be good sour cream and chive).

Syns: not sure yet!! quavers or mini flake

Week 3: Day 4: Saturday 18th May 2013 - failed with the soup today I'm afraid

Breakfast: 2 Sainsbury's dutch crisp bakes(4 syns)
1 tsp spread (1.5 syns)
turkey rashers
tea ( 1 syn)

Lunch: Uncle Ben's Rice time (1.5 syns)

Dinner: SW Lasagne (hexa)

TV snack: toast (hexb) spread (1.5 syns)

Syns/snacks: mini dairy milk (4 syns) TOTAL SYNS TODAY: 13.5

Struggled with superfree today, nothing new there! Will try harder tomorrow. Pretty poor lunch but it was honestly the best option available as everyone else ate KFC :(
 
I'm still amazed you can have cheesy chips for free on slimming world!! Well,

Dinner - was horrible and I'm starving :(

Just half a pound this week, feeling a bit disappointed but not going to dwell, better off than on. :)

Ah wow half term! How long do you get off? I had spag boll for tea :) oh bought ingredients.
I only get Monday off
 
Off for a week :) Going to London for 4 days, worried about sticking to plan but excited :) Then it's seven weeks and 6 weeks off for summer yay :) What do you do? Spag bol sounds yum :) xx
