Thanks hun :) Feels strange to be semi back on track (already had meal out planned tonight!)

B - 2 ww toast (hexb) with elf cream cheese (hexa)
L - bacon omlette
D - chicken, salad, chips

syns - crisps 7 syns

Will do a much more precise diary tomorrow! :)
 
Sunday 28th July - still not tracking properly, seems I can't go it alone so off to class tomorrow :)

breakfast: bagel (ooops number 1)
lunch: hot pork (lean) sandwich (oops number 2 - 7 syns for a bun?)
dinner: lasagne (hexa + syns for white sauce)
syns: 2 squares choc, mcoys salt and vinegar crinkles

Tomorrow is a new day, 5 weeks left of school hols would like a stone off to go back

I've planned tomorrows menu so I will post now :)

Week 1: Tuesday 30th July 2013 -EE Day

Breakfast: 2 slices ww toast (hexb), quark, cup of tea (1 milk splash)

Lunch: Pasta n Sauce, chicken and mushroom, water

Dinner: Prawns, peppers, onions, mushrooms, fajita spice mix (4.5 syns for whole packet, i'll use 1/4 maybe?), brown rice, grated mozzerella (hexa)

Exercise: Swimming

Syns: will add later

Week 1: Wednesday 31st July 2013

10 days to lose 6lbs so I can be in the next stone bracket for my holiday! Not looking likely!!

Breakfast: 2 ww wholemeal toast (hexb) quark (free) sliced tomato (superfree)

Lunch: Jacket Potato with prawn mayo (guessing 4-5 syns for the mayo, they said it was helmans light)

Dinner: Hunters Chicken: chicken breast (free) wrapped in bacon (free) topped with mozzerella (hexa) and 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (will add syns later) salad (super free) and SW chips (free)

Syns: will add later

Week 1: Thursday 1st August 2013

Breakfast: 2 ww wholemeal toast (hexb) quark (free) sliced toms

Lunch: Chicken Pasta Salad: pasta, chicken, spring onion, onion, pepper, rocket, 1tbsp good for you blue cheese dressing (1 syn?)

Dinner: Peri Peri burger, homemade coleslaw (1 syn) cheesy paprika chips (hexa) salad

Really looking forward to dinner, been swimming and I'm starving!

Morning :)

Sneaky scale jump says measly loss of 1lb!! I guess I have been sticking to plan more or less over the few weeks I was absent so shouldn't expect a big loss when I was eating healthy-ish anyway. plus, better off than on - just disappointed I won't hit the 14s for my hol :(

Week 1: Friday 2nd August 13

Breakfast: cup of tea (1 syn for milk splash) hifi light (3 syns)

Lunch: Mushrooms on toast (hexb)

Dinner: Bucatini all'Amatriciana!!! (from the magazine - looks delish) hexa (pasta dish)

Syns: updating later 4 so far

Week 1: Saturday August 3rd 2013

Breakfast: 2 x ww toast (hexb) with 3 turkey rashers and sliced mushrooms

Lunch: Chicken tikka kebab

Dinner: Steak, cajun chips and peppercorn sauce (hexa for milk -4.5 syns)

Syns: 4.5 for the peppercorn sauce. not sure if this is per serving or per sachet..... so I'll say 4.5!

Breakfast: A poor show... lemon greek yoghurt 0.5 syns

Lunch: 2 x 400g ww bread with turkey rashers and mushrooms (HEXB)

Dinner: chicken breast wrapped in bacon, BBQ sauce and cheese (HEXA) = Hunters Chicken with salad

Syns: yoghurt 0.5
BBQ sauce 2 (2 tbsp)
Milk 100ml 2.5
