Thanks they were really tasty :) how are you?

I'm feeling really down today just been weighed at home and I've lost nothing! Zilch, zero, nada. I tried so hard this week and now I don't want to go to class to pay to be told ive wasted my time :( meh why is it so hard being fat lol x
 
Ah don't be down hearted :) sometime it's the week after that you see the real results :)
Just keep going your doing great!!
I'm not too bad last week was completely off plan :( not weighing until best Monday

Breakfast: 2 toast with 1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter (4 syns +hexb)

Lunch: made an omelette it was vile so nothing

Dinner: spaghetti Bol (hexa for Parmesan)

Yes back on plan this week as I have my big hen this weekend :) so eating good training hard lol

I'm really pleased with 4.5lbs off this week, just 1lb to my 1.5 stone and very close to 10%, trying so hard this week as off on holiday this weekend.

Week 2: Tuesday 6th August 2013

Breakfast:
2 x ww toast (hexb)
1 tbsp peanut butter (4 syns): Need to be careful or this could turn into an addiction!
1 cup of tea (hexa)

Lunch:
2 x chicken tikka kebabs
Salad

Dinner:
Cajun spiced potatoes
Baked beans
3 x WW sausages (1.5 syns)

Syns:
Peanut butter 4
Sausages 1.5

Argh - bit of a strange day today, not the best food wise but I've used syns so hopefully all will be okay!!

Week 2: Wednesday 07th August 2013
Breakfast:
2 ww toast (hexb)
1 tbsp peanut butter (4) - no more after today!!!

Lunch:
2 ww bread (6 syns!)
3 x turkey rashers

Dinner:
Slimming World Steak Pie (6 syns)
SW chips
Mushy Peas

Syns: 16 (1 over... will this be okay!?

​Oh my... 6lbs on. I'm so disappointed in myself. Although that is since August. Definitely on track now though and ready to stick to plan :)
