Spaghetti, mince, peppers, onion, garlic, peas, cheese (hexa), passata

Snacks

Apple, sushi (1.5), choc Phili pot (4.5)

Drinks

Squash, tea, water

Hey guys

I always use the minimins app (can't work out the website for some
Reason) but recently the app hadn't let me sign in so that's why I haven't been on here for ages!! Luckily it seems to have fixed itself so I'm bak! Had a few weeks of putting on due to an all inclusive holiday and my birthday! Put on 3 1/2 lbs in 3 wks, this wk I maintained so trying to get back on track for a loss next wk.

Breakfast

Mullerlight yoghurt, skimmed milk (3)

Lunch

Pasta, green pepper, tomato, red onion, cucumber, ff yoghurt, ff cottage cheese

Dinner

60g mozzarella (hexa + 2), salmon, potato, mushrooms, butternut squash

Snacks

Strawberries, hifi bar (hexb).

Drinks

Herbal tea, squash

2 x whole meal bread (hexb), ham, cheese (hexa), lettuce, light salad cream (0.5), cherry tomatoes

Dinner

Chicken, onion, sweet potato, sweet corn, baked beans

Boiled egg, solero exotic

Tea, coffee (rest of my hexa for milk), squash, beef hula hoops (6.5!! So not worth it)
