Hi all :)

I'm starting this diary in hope it makes me accountable and stick to this diet!!! I've been faffing about since before christmas last year and gained 2 stone in the process :( I'll weigh in the morning and officially start!

Morning :)

Weigh in this morning - 13 st 7lbs. I need to be 11 st 6lbs I think for a healthy bmi so that's my initial goal. 29lbs to shift!

Day 1 Red Day

Breakfast
Fruit & Yogurt

Lunch
Slimming world quiche & Salad

Dinner
Steak, mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, mixed vegtables. Hex A (1) 75grams light soft cheese which I'm attempting to make into a garlic sauce with a little stock, garlic & herbs. I'll add the mushrooms to this :)

Hex A (2) Milk for tea.

Hex B (1) 2 x Alpen lights.
Hex B (2) Not sure yet! Possibly a slice of wholmeal bread or Ryvita with something!

Snacks fruit, more sw quiche if needed!

Syns - cheese for quiche 5 syns
Cadbury caramel multipack 9.5 syns
Total 14. 5 syns xxx
