Doing well so far

This is my 1st week back on diet after christmas and seem to really be doing ok on it,im following the ee plan which im finding is really working 4 me.So im wondering how others are doing after the xmas break.

I did hopelessly over Christmas & New Year but, touch wood, seem to have managed to get back on the wagon xx
