we split up years ago its and im all.settled down now but you never want an ex to see you looking awful the day im happy with my weight is keeping me goimg

If you keep all those reasons why you want to lose weight and think about how you'll feel at the scales if you're thinking of having something that will send you off plan and if you plan all your meals you WILL go to all those things you want having lost the weight. Keep your head in the game as that's what will get you to target. Good luck with it :)
