Drink Flavourings

I wouldn't have thought so, otherwise they wouldn't let you have them in the first week. I know you can't have bars for the first 4 days as they are slightly higher in carbs, but I have not heard anything about not having the drinks flavourings. I haven't actually bought any yet as I am struggling to get the basic money together as it is, but I will think about it is they help! Are they nice?
 
I think you're gonna have to try them. I hate the lemon but don't mind the others.

Stick with water, and least it's cheap!
 
No they dont.

I prefer the St Clements and find the Orange one a bit sour. Our LLC has the drinks on a table for us to help ourselves to. So you can try them out.
 
I love the Lemon one in hot water.
 
The water flavourings won't stop you from getting into ketosis. They're designed to help you to drink plenty of water, as some people find it really hard.

Personally I would have struggled a lot more than I did, if I hadn't had the St. Clements flavouring. I went through 2-3 tubs a week.
