I've done a search and can't find this question before so I'd be ever so grateful if one of you lovely MM's would syn this for me. It's per 100g and serving size is 100g

Energy - 248 cals
Protein - 3.3g
Carbs - 55.7g
Fat - 1.3g
Fibre - 4.2g

I do intend making the SW Chrismas Pud but have had this Morrison's one for the last few years and as long as the syn's aren't too bad, it'll make an emergency (lazy) indulgent treat :D Ta Muchly
 
Much appreciated. I guess it could have been much worse .... but I'll deffo be very careful when I fancy one.

Mmmmm, with those syns, I might use one to make batches of Christmas Pud Muller Ice Cream - divided by 4 it'd make each serving just over 3 syns.
 
was just thinking that but then again u might be able to just use the mincemeat and spices in the ice cream aint sure if it works out less syns
