Does anyone know the Syn values of any of the food in Greene King Pubs im going there soon and hoping to have seasoned blackened tuna steak salad with no dressing.

Assuming the tuna is grilled not fried, and no dressing is added you should be fine 
I don't know if there are any hidden ingredients though...? Is there some nutrition info you can look up?

I think Hungry Horse are Greene King, and on the app it says "Hungry Horse Chicken New Yorker Baguette 41.5 syns", They also do New Yorker batons with BBQ dip and that is 29.5 syns. Hope this helps x
