I just made a sandwich using Asda Wholemeal Tortilla.. are the a HEB? if not how many syns please

Also anyone know if i can have walnuts on a green day if not are they syn worthy too? 688kcal per 100g i ate 4 walnuts

oh dear it gets worse.. I bought some yogurt covered raisins from holland and barrett thinking thye would be ok as its a health store? 411kcal per 100g but i only ate 8

Finally Morrisons sweet chilli multigrain snacks.. are they 7 syns?

No tortilla can be used as a hexb so you will have to syn this. I think walnuts can be used as a hex b but im not sure.

All the foods youve mentioned would fall under the 1 syn per 20 calories rule so you can work out the syn values that way.
 
Thank you ever so much. i had a feeling i had gone all wrong! i've just restarted healthy eating again after a break and my head went awol hehe.. thanks again x
