Hi everyone!

My name is Nadine and tomorow morning I shall be starting (again lol) Weight Watchers diiscovery plan.

Today I went and Asda and Iceland and all my cupboards and fridge freezer are full of healthy stuff.

A bit about me - I'm 24, weigh around 17 stone (will be confirmed tomorrow), I work from home and usually work nights.

Anyones that's enough from me for now lol.

Ok, just weighed in at 16 stone 11.8.... Not good but not as bad as I thought. So the diet starts now. I work weird shifts, sometimes nightshift sometimes not,so my points will go from 12am - 12 miidnight. Hope that makles sense, I will post my food in here everyday anyway.

hi nadine welcome to minimins:)

Points will be good for you with shift work..you could bring low point food like a sandwich/ham salad/fruit/special k bar etc in with you. Good that you've sorted your surroundings, always easier to get started when theres healthy food in the house! x

I have done ww points in the past and I love it! Its worked really well for be before and I'm hoping for success this time aroun too. I work from home so I suppose that should help me diet wise...

D/ steak (1.5) 300g potatoes (3) salad (0) ww eclair (1.5)

S/ 100g grapes (1) 2 rusks + 1/4 pint skimmed milk (3) mini dairy milk (2.5) 2 x rye crackers (1) dairylea light cheese triangle (0.5)

S/ curly wurly (2.5) options hot choc (1)

D/ 3 quorn sausages spicy stew (3) 200g potatoes (2) creme caramel (1.5)

S/ 100g grapes (1)

Tomorrows menu :

B/ 50g porridge oats (3) 1/4 pink skimmed milk (0.5) banana (1.5)

L/ 2 slices bread (2) egg (1.5) mayo (0.5) onion (0) pear (1)

D/ garlic & herb chicken fillet (3.5) 100g rice (5) stir fry veg (0) ww chocolate eclair (1.5)

20/25 so plenty left for snacks

Just wanted to update my diary, I used my remaining 5 points on a packet of wotsits (1.5) babybel (1.5) 2 rye crisp breads (1) and 2 lf cheese triangle (1).


I had a sneaky peak (must stop that! Lol) and I appear to be about 3lbs down yay! X

Dinner is defo not the healthiest but its what I fancy and within my points so its ok for a one off.

Lost 2.4lbs this week yay! Although I have been off track since saturday as it was my o.h's birthday yesterday! I'm happy to say thiugh that I haven't binged yay! Back on track tmrw, 21 points til sunday, wi monday then back to 25 on monday.
