Four self-confessed fast food fans travel to a remote corner of Northern Pakistan to test their resolve among the Shimshal people, regarded as one of the healthiest communities in the world. Obtaining a new perspective on their own diet which is full of saturated fats and artificial additives, the visitors spend a month with the Shimshal villagers whose own food is seasonal, fresh and central to family life.
