Hey everyone ... I literally feel crap !! Ive been doing ww like 2months now and ive only lost give or take 5lbs
I dont know what I can do. I work long hours and my shifts are 13hrs and i have been workin since last friday as in the 8th so ive had no exercise I just dont know what to do anymore and feel like giving up I dont know why Im finding this so hard
any suggestions or comments much appreciated x
