Hey everyone ... I literally feel crap !! Ive been doing ww like 2months now and ive only lost give or take 5lbs :( I dont know what I can do. I work long hours and my shifts are 13hrs and i have been workin since last friday as in the 8th so ive had no exercise I just dont know what to do anymore and feel like giving up I dont know why Im finding this so hard :( any suggestions or comments much appreciated x

Feeling like crap myself Hun, I'm doing ww since january & I've gained back all I lost, I'm aware of this but can't get back on track at all...
I'm getting back to basics tomorro but dreading it, I think if your well organised & work little things into your day ya should be fine (easier said than done) I remember just a mth or two ago feeling fantastic weight lost & in the space of afew weeks it's all gone pear shaped... My thin dress is hanging out on my stairs & staying there until I can wear it.... Again !!! Xxx

hi ladies ..do you keep food diaries ....if not start one ...then other people can tell you were you are going wrong and give you loads of support and help.... this has helped me so much ....give it a try and see how it goes.... above all DON'T GIVE UP !!!!
