hello! 
i done my first week with SW and i tried my very best! even walked loads etc! and i only lost 2 1/2lbs buut i did loose an inch on my legs. waist and hips!
i think i need to drink more as i have never ever been a good drinker. i could go 3-4 days with only one drink "/ so this week trying to drink more
any other tips anyone please ? x
