Could anyone please tell me how many syns are in frozen fish in parsley sauce

Can't find a listing for the Birdseye ones but the Morrisons ones are 3.5 on EE and Red and 7 on Green.
Strangely, the butter sauce ones are only 2.5 syns but still 7 on green. I think that has got to be a misprint surely?
Glad you asked this though because I like these with plain rice and had assumed they'd be really high in syns but that's not bad at all!
