Yes and yes but try not to overdo it on the flax.
 
Still dieting, there's lots of sweeteners out there but some of them are high in carbs. Check them out, Stevia is available in supermarkets now and generally liquid sweeteners are better. Good luck.
 
Just drink lots of water and get back on the wagon - you'll most likely have knocked yourself back a couple of days but not the end of the world.

Take a look at the sticky 'atkins and cheating' about why it's a bad idea to break the diet, then look in the recipe sticky for flax bread as a better emergency alternative ;)
 
if i have a cheat day like i accidently did the other night had 2 scoops of ice cream, then the next day i do a meat and egg fast and drink gallons of water. i find i get back into ketosis very fast and lose weight.
try not to cheat too often tho, i allow myself a high carb treat maybe once every fortnight. just dont go on a carb binge as it will ruin all your hard work
