An anyone tell me the syns for for 125grms self raising flour and 220 ml of extra light cream thanks hope you can help

I think 125g of flour is equal to 1 cup which is about 450 calories. No free food allowance so divide by 20 for syns.

The same for the cream, no free food allowance, so look at calories and divide by 20 for syn value
