Evening flutter:)
10,000 calories - wow:D
 
Evening all xxx

Been a BAD day food wise I kind of guessed it would be difficult and I survived well until I got home then caved in .....

B - Atkins bar (in the car)
L - soup, fish and veg (see VEG!!), salad (see SALAD) :D
then ....
D - sandwich and smoky bacon crisps oh my - heaven!
Now should I finish it off and have a tunnocks teacake???

Just as well I've burnt 10,000 cals eh ;)

I love those eyelashes Jim :D

Good afternoon Jim, Vicky, Bren and Lady Susie fortunately that was the last Tunnocks in the house (I do enjoy a caramel wafer Bren but teacake me fav!).

B - 2 x eggs (didn't really eat them)
L - just eaten corned beef, cherry toms and cheese
D - might be protein shake after run I'm about to do :)

Am off to check out a biscuit back in a min ..................
 
So one useful thing (probably the only useful thing) I learned whilst I dallied with SW was Mikado biscuits you probably know all about them dieting and low carb gurus that you all are but if you fancy a wee biccie then they are only 1.5g carbs each and they are quite yummy in fact off to have one now!!!
