Hi,
so I'm going to frankie and benny's next week with some friends to celebrate end of exams and I'm going to be saving up my syns. I was wondering if anyone knew the syn values or could estimate roughly if you've ever had them of these things, thanks!

Potato skins

Hi there, firstly congrats on the end of your exams and regarding frankie and benny's I know the potato skins are deep fried so i would stay clear of those. They griddle their chicken fillet burgers so you could have one of those with no sauce and just syn the bread. From the above the pasta looks best but you could ask for the sauce on the side and then mix in to the pasta yourself (although may be pre-cooked and mixed). Alternatively eat what you want and gym it and cut out syns for the rest of the week. use flexible syns - at the end of the day you have just finished your exams!

I was just thinking of counting 23 syns for without dessert and 35 with if i had the cinnamon waffle crunch, do you think this would be okay and i exercise 3 times a week using the hannah waterman dvd better than the gym anyway as it's HIIT and saves money LOL

I think if you are EE then you should be ok. Enjoy your night!! By the way is that DVD good? I hate at home workout DVDs - get bored too easily.....

i have no idea how ee works my mom and nan used to go to slimming world back when it was just red and green and i don't go to the classes now so i just stick to the red and green day it's simple and easy for me, i had two potato skins, the penne alfredo and cinnamon waffle crunch i counted it as 40 syns might have been more but i've been good and with the exercise dvd it should level out hopefully i need more syns for fathers day meal sunday aha oh dear but i already have 43 syns for tomorrow so i'm on track and yess get the dvd it's amazing i normally hate dvd workouts and never buy into the celeb ones but my mom got it and it is brilliant i only do the first and last sections which is 35 minutes but 3 times a week is great the high intensity interval training means 10 minutes of this dvd equals half an hour of aerobic exercise, it's got great reviews aswell, as an experiment i did 35 minutes everyday for a week an was disappointed when i only lost a pound but i measured myself and i'd lost 4 inches!!!
