L: Salad, grilled chicken, olive oil HE B, balsamic vinegar
D: Borscht soup, pierogies 10 syns (out at a polish restaurant tonight)

S: fruit
E: just walking today
W: 2-3 litres

Mmm, sounds yummy Steph. I've got a four hour car journey today so it's going to be a test....

B: Melon and banana
L: Jacket potato and baked beans
D: (don't know until I get to hotel - eek)

S: taking a lunchbox full of pasta salad and one of chopped fruit to eat along the way, I'm sure the syns will happen all by themselves...service stations are far too tempting!!

I'm away all weekend at a Wedding so I think I'm going to have to get the flexible syns out (and the flipping umbrella).
